WorldFlags.net was first published online in the year 2001, as you can see here on the Wayback machine on Internet Archive: Archive.org.

The author

The author, and owner, of the website WorldFlags.net is me Magnus Hansén. I am based in Sweden. One thing I really like having this website is all the feedback I get from schools using our coloring pages. Have a look at Puerto Rico for instance! Coloring the flag of Puerto Rico.

Before Worldflags.net I managed to create the biggest website about flags in Sweden which even competed with Wikipedia. Sadly I sold it - which I regret, and this regret inspired me to get my hands on WorldFlags.net and turn it in to a nerdy, handy website about world flags!

Our goal

Our goal here at World Flags is to provide all the nation flags of the world combined with coloring pages for each one. To spread knowledge furthermore, we have also created a lot of flag quizzes and flag games.
