Facts about the flag:
The Tajikistan flag was adopted as a national flag in 1993, with a ratio of 1:2.

The flag is a kind of tricolor with the colors red, white and green. The white field in the middle of the flag is slightly thicker than the red one at the top and the green one below.

In the center of the flag, there is a golden crown with seven five-pointed golden stars above. The modern interpretation of the flag states that red stands for affinity with other nations, white symbolizes the important export of cotton, and green represents the valleys of the country where farming and agricultural activities take place.
